For those outside and/or WITH a VPN/proxy as well? CBase (hear/read it's garbage), G D A X by C Base, Gem, Krakn (hear/read alleged tampering), Changly, Polo, etc.. Gem seems good but has limits to deposits each day of $500 fiat petrodollars and only allows bank links or wire transfers, no CCs/DCs, which sux, let alone Pay Pal not being much of a thing, allegedly, in any of this.
