Listen, let me start by saying that im open to trying new things, crucible has its ups and downs and some weapons perform better than others. We thought as a company you would have learned that from all the "data" you collected watching us play, so what do you do? You make a lethal laser pointer? Ok interesting idea and contrast to coldheart, now give it to an entire fireteam? And you have any given encounter in crucible that lasts less than 1 second for anyone on the recieving end, ok so what go the othet way sneak around. Thats good thinking, one tiny detail is missing though, it can have sustained fore like coldheart and has no spool time like what sweet business has, and has significantly more range.
Ive used the prometheus lens in PvE and its a fun weapon to use dont get me wrong but i refuse to use a completely broken weapon in the crucible against other players because as of right now it has no flaws other than its not great against majors and ultras which of course does not apply to crucible.
Not to mention it always starts with ammo, not saying you need to have an ammo patch like in d1 cause that was aweful, but i definitely wouldnt haveade this weapon a elemental, but rather a power weapon considering how effective it is.
Anyways my .02 ¢ on the topic, take it how you want, but none of you can deny it doesn't need a slight nerf in crucible alone.
