Fullscreen isn't working on my laptop

CPU:Intel Core i7-6700HQ
GPU: NVidia GTX 970M
RAM:16 GB
Operating System:Windows 10 Version 1709
Is there a possibility that this is working or will be fixed ??? If you select it in your menu it just bounces back to your old setting
