I was on my 2nd Character (alt character actually) which I was about to level to 25. At level 21 and 22 I was able to get Illuminated Engrams but on the 2nd part of my run at mercury I reached to 25. Of course, I saw on the left side that I looted Illuminated Engram to my surprise there was none in the inventory. It was not even full since I just started. So in total, I lost 3 Illuminated Engram it wasn't even in Postmaster. I was unable to capture any video pictures would not be possible as proof. But I won't go through the hassle of posting it here if I was lying. So I just tend to ignore and continue milestone, what I did was the EDZ Flash first. After getting to 100%, I went back to Cayde and check the powerful engram reward, to my surprise it was a low level. I thought it would change once I claim it, it was 10 LEVELS below just lie any other legendary engram. Okay, I thought it was wouldn't happen again. I finished NIGHTFALL, I tried to check again the level of powerful engram this time I decide to screenshot. The engram wasn't even shining and changing colors from purple to gold.
