So, this really shouldn't be an issue that someone should run into... Especially where eververse engrams are purchased with real money. I filled up my postmaster and I've seen things go there like mods/shaders and whatnot before, but since my postmaster was full, all of those disappeared. That doesn't bother me so much. What DOES bother me is that I got the new kabyr exotic ship which i was pretty excited for that was also sent to the postmaster, but when I went to get it out it wasn't there... Why? because it just happened to be pushed aside as my post master was full
Bungie, this is unacceptable for players who pay real money for your bright engrams. ESPECIALLY when there is NO collections tab for ships and sparrows. Why is this not a thing in the game? I essentially lost things that I paid for because of an oversight you made in your game. An oversight by the way, that you give no warning for, how are people supposed to know how many slots the post master has before filling it up? How are people to know that the items they just purchased have a chance to just disappear?
If you're not going to fix it so that the postmaster doesn't lose items, then add a collections tab AT LEAST for all of the exotic items you can get from eververse like ships and sparrows and ghosts so that people won't lose them. Emotes shouldn't be the only thing that you can re-obtain. This is ridiculous.

This happened to me last night too. I wish there was an ingame warning or popup that said mailbox full items will be deleted starting with oldest first or something once youve hit the threshold. I lost a gold ghost last night and some speeders and emotes from simply not knowing the size limit of the postmaster/mailbox. I've not notice a size indicator on it anywhere like I have in MMOs Ive played before. I am heartborken over the lost gold ghost. It might be months before I get another to drop as I think they are very rare. But lesson learned here, the hard way. Just wish there was some kind of indicator somewhere or warning when your post is full. Or maybe utilize the vault as an overflow or something...IDK. I am sad, but Ive learned a valuable lesson. clean out post after opening any engrams every time to avoid lost items. #sad #lifelessonslearned
