I actually think that it improved the game. It'd be nice if the map was bigger and brother Vance wasn't such a moron, but other than that it's really good.

best part is the grind for forge materials. the heroic adventures are not bad and the 2 new pvp maps are decent. but holy shit is the package as a whole,mediocre as hell.

Garbage. Vote 2nd thanks bungie for sarcasm. No exotic swords. You can run past 95% of the infinite forest by going straight to the doors until you get to the final story mission. The final boss never even tries to hurt you and the whole campaign is strictly adds and a hand full of vets except 1 cyclops. I did the story within 180 minutes.

7 RepliesI'm actually pretty curious what people think of it so far. To anyone who reads this, did you buy it? Is it as good as it needed to be? Are the 'improvements' implemented enough, in your opinion?

Played the story missions and first 2 adventures, as well as 4 strikes from the heroic playlist and 2 crucible games, and the flashpoint, and some running around the tower. Really liked it, had a lot of fun! Took us about 5 hours to get through it, and the story was good.

I was actually delightfully surprised at how much I enjoyed playing through the campaign. I honestly wasn't expecting much given the dlc we have gotten on these short intervals has been historically pretty terrible. I thought all the story missions felt unique and interesting and the story threads carrying me through were good and made sense (for the most part) Telesto is back... can't wait to get it.

I played as my warlock all the way up to Omega today and i am having a good time :) Got the Stag helmet and Asher Mir's exotic ship. Thanks Bungie!
