Nicknames/alias: Gill, Tide King, Mariner.
Appearance:[spoiler] a tall man with a very muscular build of Asian descendants. Wears a fur robe reminiscent of a king though with torn sleeves and an open front. Wears what appears to be the torn pair of baggy cloth pants tied at the hip with a belt of similar material. Wears a strange mask though his hair appears to be messy spikey black seemingly slicked back by the mask itself.[/spoiler]
Gear:
a katana with a strange hook shape at the end and waves meticulously etched into the metal. Appears to glow when placed in water allowing it to unleash a large wave capable of sending an army stumbling back.

A mask used to signify royalty as according to the clan he hails from.
Abilities:
Can control all things in liquid form allowing him to use as projectiles and to shield himself. Water however, he can control in any from from mist to ice.
Extrodinary feats of strength going as far as to cut though solid rock.
Able to stay underwater indefinitely seemingly immune to it being extremely hot or cold.
Able to assume a near trance like state while fighting becoming entirely numb to pain and cold.
Bio: little is known about Hokusai's origin other than he hailed from the sea with a mask from a clan only believed to be no more than a myth albeit a well documented one. A small tribe who live their entire lives at sea ruled by a king whom brings with him a bountiful fishing and can calm the sea with his own iron will. Believed to be a child of kalypso, he seems to wield incredible strength and dominion over water itself.
