Look everyone. I know that there has been quite a bit of disappointing factors with Destiny 2, but honestly, I love this game right now. Yes I hear the majority of the fanbase saying Destiny 2 has no end game material, or I can't believe that Bungie would lie to their fan base , and the token system is so stupid, Destiny 1 was way better. First of all Destiny 2 was not meant to be the same as Destiny 1. It was meant to have major changes. I actually enjoy the new token economy but so many stupid people are complaining just to have something to hate Bungie for. This whole game is meant to be RNG! If you don't get what you want from the tokens then grind again! I thought that you wanted a more hardcore type of game. And to you that are complaining about the Xp system, listen up. XP is not a simple situation. Bungie is giving you free Bright Engrams (a free currency that is normally paid for) so of course they are going to experiment and have a system for getting this item you pay real money for. So the system isn't as accurate as they would have liked, and players are calling them out for lying to us. They likely were so busy bringing you new content and fixing your problems that they didn't have the time to check the statistics of something so small. It's not like they were purposely stealing our time and hoping that nobody would notice! Finally to address the lack of endgame material is Bungie is adding new DLCs just calm down and complete the super fun stuff you already have! I have had so many experiences with games that have been ruined just because of the community. I understand that your expectations with Destiny 2 have not been met, but complaining about it is just ruining the game for me and for new players. Please understand that Bungie won't be any more productive if you are leaving entire threads in the forums about complaining and leaving. If you actually want Destiny 2 to be a great game leave purely constructive criticism. It will help Bungie fix their game instead of discourage them.

"It's not like they were purposely stealing our time and hoping that nobody would notice!" You are probably wrong there. Your optimism is a breath of fresh air, and assuming the best in people is admirable. Unfortunately, people are not inherently good, and where there is smoke (Remember there was a system put in place that all they needed to do was turn off to fix the xp gains, If someone built a system to do that then they obviously knew about it) there is a fire.
