Where are you, Bungie?

Where is the interaction with us, the players? Why does not one developer say anything to the immensely frustrated playerbase on reddit etc? There are so many people that just want you to communicate with us. Look at the Overwatch Reddit for example. On some post it doesn't even take an hour for Jeff Kaplan, the lead designer and game director of said game, to answer some problems or concerns, or even if it's just jokingly. I see NOTHING posted from any developer on our reddit. In the first stream Brendan Thorne said (jokingly) he reads a lot of reddit. Well there's no point in just reading when you guys won't join the discussion. It's just so frustrating that no one is communicating with us, the playerbase. There are without question so many flaws in D2, and we feel like nothing we say, nothing we do could have any impact on improving the game. I just want Bungie to be open to us, to simply talk to us. You guys are as human as we are, so please show it. EDIT: So Luke Smith just said on twitter they will talk about most problems in the next stream. Let's hope for the best.

Kaplan is the one who brought to the focus the fact devs can't communicate with the player base. He flat out said to people he can't ever open up and be honest and converse with the community because we more than other co somers tend to be pretty horrific people online to one another and especially to makers of games that may do something we didn't agree with.
