I have tried to run the game in many different low and high settings with no help. Occasionally i hear a popping noise in game when i die that is unlike anything i have heard in game before. I believe this issue also affects my menu speeds, whenever i enter or leave a menu it game does the same hitching / stuttering. I have tried to do a clean install of NVIDIA and other drivers with this issue persisting.
