Linked my Battle.net to main account and lost redeeemed Tricorn emblem

I had an auto-generated account made by logging in with my Battle.net. I didnt pay much attention to it, since I thought that PC and XBOX were completely separate. I redeemed my Tricorn emblem I just bought to that but upon redeeming it, it said it would be shared with all the linked accounts.. so I went onto my Bungie account I had from XBOX and linked my Battle.net to that so my xbox account would get it too, and my Tricorn code did not transfer when my Battle.net was delinked from the old dummy account. My Bungie foundation code works fine though since I redeemed that after I linked.. I have order numbers and proof of purchase and a picture with all the codes and things. I thought the redeemed codes were applied to my Battle.net but it was to the account which your system destroyed when I linked.. so now I'm missing one of my two codes and Bungie Store support refuses to help. Pls help. I want my second emblem ;_;

  • The codes are redeemed on the Bungie.net account that they're redeemed on, not on the accounts linked to those. Your emblem is attached to the Bungie.net account, not the Battle.net ID, so you'll need to recover access to your other bungie.net account. If you orphaned it within the last 90 days, you're good, but beyond that, you're entirely out of luck and nothing will be done. If you can, reclaim the account with the emblem on it and link both your Xbox and your Battle.net account to it, not the other way around. Good luck.

    • Dude, I read all your posts and you need to get over it. It's just an EMBLEM. A cosmetic, worthless, non-game changing thing that you'll replace with another one at some point anyway. Play the game and enjoy it... You don't even see your emblem 99% of the time if you're playing the game, sheesh.
