I mean, we know it takes time but when you look at a game like Witcher 3 that had far less operating money and a much smaller team, they came up with a true gem that had many many hours of unique content.
I’m sorry but all this shows is that money doesn’t make great games, it’s passion.

I disagree in one way. CD project didn't have strict timetables where if they failed to meet them, they could lose control of their company. Bungie is in this predicament.

They made different decisions and had different priorities and came up with a better game. Projekt Red put emphasis on story and depth instead of simplifying everything, although they did have a much stronger story to start with. It shows a level of maturity in writing that was simply missing from Bungie's team.
