Don’t they get paid for the time they spend coding? Then that’s their choice to be game devs and if they can’t handle the pros and the cons of their job then maybe they are in the wrong career. I’m sure it is upsetting to see their hard work get negative feedback but that’s what happens when you are on a team and even though you may have succeeded doing your part the team still failed or didn’t perform well. That’s life deal with it or move on to something else.
