They have been working on D2 for how long? They said they had developed new tools to enable them to create and release content more easily and more frequently.
Did they mean more shaders, ships and emotes?

That was more lies, they are still using the same engine. Remember the line "all guns have been handcrafted so they can be adjusted easily". Not 1 change in 3 months, and half the guns are copy n pasted from D1, using the same damm code.
