Both of which occur even more now since the playerbase dwindled to the point it is now... The only mode that would suffer would be Supremacy, but if the bulk of the playerbase is not interested in it so who would really care? Clash and Control both would be no problem. Instead, because of the chance of Supremacy showing up alot of people don't even bother...in the end it has hurt more to do it this way...

  • Maybe, I cannot say since I have no problem getting good quick matches when I play. So for me the Crucible is better than it ever has as 4 out 5 games are close and I rarely find myself wondering why my bullets are not hitting. I know I am in the minority (at least the minority of vocal players) that I like Supremacy as much as any other quickplay game type. I do admit that I would prefer a true rotation in place of the rng involved with the game type selection method.

  • Example 2 would be strike specific loot. How was that left out? Seriously, when it was added into D1 it was very very popular. During the development of D2, this could have been added fairly easily IMHO if it was not on the radar. And if the D2 dev team had no idea this had become a great thing in D1, there is serious problems at Bungie, especially when their leader Luke Smith knew about it...

  • This was probably due to the change to non-random rolls. If it was there once you had received the specific items you had it. No chase no grind so not much of a point. Again design decision.

  • And a bad one. Even with static rolls, it is up to RNG to get the armor piece or weapon. The point is, these decisions have added up quick and D2 ended up being a gutted version of what people expected...and what the devs hyped about. There is by far not an abundance of loot in this game, something that was advertised.

  • There is an abundance of loot, just not different loot. I go back and forth on the random roll thing. Mostly I think it is the same since normally I would look at the drop and see perks that kill the weapon and delete. So random rolls are better for 10 or so seconds and then the delete is the same. I am scarred from the chase of the perfect Imago Loop and Grasp of Malok, 3000 hours and never got close. More disappointment came from that than knowing I have every legendary and exotic weapon in the game at the moment. (Well other than the Trials stuff since I am a scrub)
