Ugly Warlock gear
Does anyone else think most of the sets of the Warlock gear look seriously ugly? Like for a futuristic space wizard a lot of the outfits look really mundane, the Dead Orbit and EDZ legendary gear sets just look like big trenchcoats better suited to Hunters.
I understand for some of the levelling sets looking like junk since it fits the story, but some of the rare torsos just look so much better than the legendary choices, it's a bit frustrating really trying to find an outfit i'm happy with to be honest. (Please no trenchcoats or big puffer jackets)

Most, if not all, of the armour in D2 looks like shit in comparison to D1, it looks like the shit a child would want

The prestige Raid gear looks cool with the purple glowing bits and the iron banner gear aswell. That's about it really lol.

The starter set that ikora has is pretty Clean looking. But yup, other that, Raid, optimacy sets.

I agree. I use the high-minded complex because it's the only one I kinda like. What I would love is a subclass specific set, arc-void-solar. I also miss a badass set like the one from D1 crota. I don't think we will see anything like that anytime soon...

I agree and really they are more geared for female warlocks that males especially the ones you get from the everess bitch. They sucked us all in on this one. And with the addition of the PC version and battlenet using the same servers we use for D2, i am constantly getting kicked off. Bungie you got our money and now you give 2 shits about us your focus is on the PC Version and Battlenet? You need to fucus on us the people who made Destiny what it was but I guess infact i know it is all about th Benjamins. This is why and for dozens of other reasons D2 is such a failure. But i guess no i know you don't care about those of us who made Destiny one of the all time selling games ever. D2 is such a failure. You got our money so why should you care. So sad.

My warlock is the best looking character. Now - took months but the Titan. That's fcking ugly its FUGLY

Exodus down, FWC, Iron Banner and the set from Io are pretty good. The raid set is also pretty sweet. High mind complex is not horrible.

1 ReplyThere's actually a couple Warlock sets that I like. Philomancy/Soveriegn (New Monarchy), Lost Pacific (Titan vendor). With the right shaders, those look pretty cool. I like Lost Pacific w/ the Crown of Tempests. Several shaders work with it, but the New Monarchy Diamonds one looks really nice.

I thought so at first but I find it's all about the right shader. The raid set with midnight talons looks great IMO. My other warlock build uses the EDZ gear with bumblebee shaders. If you can get a full iron banner set with new monarchy diamonds shaders IMO that's the best looking gear in the game so far.

yea I don't like any of the armor except for the raid and the optimacy sets. Raid chest on the warlock looks pretty good. For a dress/robe type thing anyways.
