Clarion Call and XP cooldowns
So there is a limit on how much XP you can earn in Destiny 2, discussed here - https://www.reddit.com/r/DestinyTheGame/comments/7adxjf/lets_talk_about_the_xp_cooldown/
Is there a point to a double XP event if there is a cooldown on how much XP you can earn?

It makes Clarion Call worthless, as you'll only hit the XP cooldown faster. Bungie: "Please play our game!" Playerbase: "Sort your game out first!"
