****EDIT****
After following the advice of user Herr Rocker and closing all of my monitoring software before running Destiny 2(EVGA Precision X16/OC, Advanced Systemcare, MSI Afterburner, HWMonitor...), all of my random Freezes/Crashes have seized completely, even when I minimize my game while a lot is going on which would usually crash my game instantly. I will be Leaving this post here for future reference (and possibly to help Bungie find a way to patch their game to whitelist these harmless programs...). Thanks again for everyone's time, hope this solution also helps you...

Issue:
Game randomly freezes on loading screens (when loading into a world, crucible match, strike or when ending one, which frequently leads to game client crashing afterwards)
I've tried putting most/all video settings to low/off and capping my framerate at around 60-70 using the cvar.xml method. I've also tried deleting these files after a crash and then restarting said game for a fresh batch...
I've tried scan and repair through battle.net multiple times but to no avail. The crashes week 1 used to happen within the span of either a few minutes or sometimes hours... but now it seems the game client crashes almost after every strike or crucible match ends, or even when transitioning between planets, leading to the game to become almost unplayable. This is further amplified when I am in a fireteam or I am loading into a Hub (such as the Traveler or the Farm...), and frankly my patience is beginning to wear thin with this issue still being very much prevalent/worsening every day...
I really don't understand what the issue is as this is honestly the ONLY game that this is a major problem with... All of my PC drivers and my OS version are at their latest version and I keep it clean as well... This should honestly not be happening at all and I am at the verge of just throwing the towel and getting a refund, because the game is pretty much not functional and refuses to not freeze/crash after playing for a little while... If you have further inquiries then feel free to reach me via PM and i'll be more than happy to give you more info if you need it. Have a good day...

If you have any program for overclocking graphic cards or CPU running in the background, close them.. I had to close my Asus Ai Suite program, for the CPU. It made my the game freeze the PC for 3 sec, every 1 min or 2. Can also be good to Close EVGA precision X or other brands program for OC graphic cards.
