It has become abundantly clear that hundreds of people have been banned/restricted without any justification at all. The number of people that claim to have been banned (including myself) is quite alarming. Surely bungie look at this and acknowledge the fact that they messed up.
I am an xbox player, and i have been for many years. I have played destiny since day 1, not once have i ever cheated or tampered with connection. Yet to my surprise as I'm inviting a carry to the game i notice that I'm 167 power without the access to crucible or my gear.
Bungie needs to get off their high horse and do something about this. I am a very competitive player and i love to challenge myself in the crucible but due to someone's stupidity and incompetence i can no longer do that. Not only have we been stripped of our ability to play but we haven't even been told why or what for. It's a disgrace that a company of bungie's magnitude can allow something like this to happen.
I'm ranked #2 in the world and my teammates have similar stats. Yes there may be some games that didn't go the distance but that is only because the other team knew that they didn't stand a chance. I cannot control the actions of another team. It is on their own accord. Most of my games can be seen on several streams by some of my teammates if nobody leaves me. There is video evidence to back this all up. An average team is not going to want to get farmed for 4/6 rounds knowing they can't do anything about it. These things happen. That is sbmm needs to be implemented into the game, i would rather lose a fair fight than get a free win simply because the other team fear us. I'm open to any challenge, it takes away from your experience if you are handed free wins. Bungie should be able to look at our games and be able to detect if a team has left on their own accord or if their connection has been tampered with.
I write this post to ask to you bungie, not for some generic copy/pasted post but for some legitimate answers.

Best anyone can do for this moment, what with absolutely zero legitimate response to the idea that they could have jumped the gun and gone ban-happy on a platform they are very much not well-suited for, is warn others it seems. "Hey, so just so yah know, there's a small chance Bungie will take your money and run. It really depends on your configuration, just be forewarned that you probably don't want to spend to much if you do get the game. Or invest too much time in it. Or, well, consider buying anything else they put on PC." I should have listened to all of the paranoid surrounding this game. YongYea and the other youtubers. But that sort of thing always sounds like it's blown out of proportion, y'know? What sucks is that because it's a system designed to deal with the people nobody WANTS in the game (TF2 is full of 'em), it's unlikely that something like this will be resolved from the inside, as the default on this sort of thing is to be desensitized and skeptical of anyone who claims innocence. This infrastructure for "Fair and fun" gameplay is terrible. I'd like to know who came up with it.
