At the very least the weapons from the last one should have cycled out so we could get the new toys.

Wait, the first rally weapons are dropping this time too? I didn't get The Number last time, so if thats true I might need to get on this one

Yep first monarchy package was the scout from last rally. The number also has a chance of dropping from Cade chests so don't worry too much if you don't get it
