Why do we have to wait for Bungie to make their games better after they launch the game?
Why can’t Bungie release a game that’s better than the predecessor?
Why can’t Bungie release a game that’s complete and fun at launch?
This is the second straight game we are waiting on Bungie to make their game better. Really?!?
You do realize people are going to have to pay Bungie money to play the game after the DLC drops which includes these improvements or get left behind and stuck with a crap game?
There is no defense for Bungie and Activision. They dumbed down D1 and we got D2 because they made the game for the lowest common denominator. Bungie said screw the D1 fans let’s make a game to bring back the people that left during D1 and all the people that liked D1 will just have to like it and plus we’re Bungie of course they’ll like what we produce. Aaannnnndddd it’s backfiring. Yah they made good money from initial sales and preordered DLC.
Do you honestly think D3 will outsell D2? Or how about will D2 DLCs 3+4 out sell D2 DLCs 1+2?

Your opinion: The game's good or bad. Your actions: Buy or don't buy. Your opinion: The game's bad. Your action: Buy. Hmmmm 🤔

Edited by BlessTheMic863: 11/8/2017 10:08:06 PMYour ability to read for content is 🤔 or just jumping to a conclusion? Game is bad but I made the mistake of getting the digital version of the game with the season pass which includes DLCs 1 and 2 which occurred before I knew the game was bad. So I will play what I’ve already paid for. There hope that cleared that up for you.

Edited by Nineball2112: 11/8/2017 1:57:41 PMI think you have the time line a BIT off there. People's thoughts: The game's good or bad? People's actions: Make the logical assumption that the game will be a continuation and improvement from the last iteration of the game. People's action: Buy the game. People's realization once getting the game: The game's bad.

That's my whole point. Why not wait?
-
Well, I agree that people should have waited to buy the game, but I think a lot of them made the misguided assumption that D2 would be as good as, and even better, than the end of D1, Y3. They were wrong.
-
Yes they were. They also have no one to blame but themselves. People would have done a trial on the game then given their opinions. They'd have saved money or only had to wait a week longer, as feed back would have been everywhere. This whole thing is about impatience.

Edited by The 7th fall: 11/9/2017 2:52:35 AMI had someone come up to me on PSN chat saying "Give Bungie a chance to produce more story it's only been 3 years"... ONLY?! Thats close to one third of their ten year contract with Activision to produce a profit for their idea of a craptacular game series! EDIT: I thought I put 3 between "been" and "years", edited

If people want the COMPANY that runs the game to improve NOT just the game itself then people need to quit buying their shitshow and products. The only way the Destiny franchise will come into its full potential is if the actual company (Bungie +Activision) improves their business practices. If they see they can sell a shit ton of product for less than stellar work they will continue to do so despite anyone saying anything. Why? Because money talks.

Agreed.
