I am sure all Bungie team knows the community verdict, they are human beings and read twitter/reddit, watch youtube, etc. But it's too late. Nothing short of completely redoing the engine is going to work and this is not possible. Franchise is dead.

Cozmo only responds to orderly and calm voices, and he has. Maybe you were not complaining at the time but if you go to his forum account you can see all his comments and posts, angry bois don't get any dessert.

OP apparently is present during the meetings and conversations where Cozmo gets to voice the problems people pass on to him. Or OP hasn't had a single minute of experience inside a development company.

1 ReplyI don’t know what they do. I very rarely see them reply to even popular, respectful threads. If they are suppose to be bungies voice and communicate with the fans why don’t we hear from them more than what? Once a week in an official weekly update that states vague and useless info most weeks? For having 2 communicators to hear nothing or have no questions answered for weeks or a month at a time is just stupid. So many company’s don’t have this good of a setup and communicate so much better with fans.

3 RepliesI'm not saying Cozmo is doing a good job, because he isn't but lets throw up a situation. Cozmo goes and tells them we want a better loot system. the people in charge of that tell him sorry but no. did Cozmo fail us? well, not really. he delivered what we wanted, but bungie failed us.

He can tell them " the players want this " and the company can say no, which he isn't to blame for. Forum mods have little influence. The company does what it wants to do. You want change? Stop playing completely. Don't buy anything. They'll hear that loud and clear.
