If I'm really, really sad, I'm the type that will cry hard for a few seconds, then take in a huge gasp of air and cry some more.

2 RepliesIf im in public or around someone it's usually silent, slight bottom lip wobbling kinda cry. altho I found out at my best friends funeral that if you suppress an intense need to cry... You snort. And you snort loud. but if im home alone.. I full on sob to the heavens 😂

5 RepliesI generally try to be as unnoticeable as possible, unless nobody can see me, then I want to scream but my natural urge to be quiet kicks in and I just sit there looking like I'm screaming really loud but not making any noise at all.

7 RepliesThis is not me being all manly & shit, but I actually do not know how to cry anymore. I really want to, I think it would help me get over my grief at my grandmother's passing, 4 years ago, but when I try, nothing happens. Even when I feel it sorta start & I try to just relax & let it happen, it does not. Sometimes I can tear up, but that is as far as it goes for me.
