Today (July 20, 2017) I wanted to focus on the story mission included in the Beta to find any stuck spots or other bugs since this needs tested as well. All these were found on Xbox One, during the Homecoming mission, and the Gamertag used in these was DoubleV33. The links posted with each description is my capture of the bug, if it was something I was able to replicate with each class I will only show one clip of it and note its repetition in its description. These are in order of which I originally found them first, I'll include the time (All times are in EST) I tested them with other classes in its description.
P.S. All times for the Hunter are approximations since I forgot Bungie wants the time the bug happened.
1) Mission Start Area (~2:00 PM for Hunter, ~2:05 PM for Warlock, ~2:08 for Titan) At the start of the mission, there is a ledge at the top of the stairs you spawn at and you can get onto a ledge of debris right in front of it. There is a spot in this debris if you sprint and slide into it, you will get stuck with no way of getting out and have to either quit game or go to switch characters to get around it. The clip included was done on the Warlock.

2) Mission Start Area (~2:30 PM on Hunter) At the start of the mission where the first cabal spawn at the crumbling wall, I had an instance where the cabal didn't spawn on time and went through the second ghost dialogue before they did actually spawn. This only happened once and the other I noticed that I did different from before was getting to the wall as fast as possible. I tried to replicate this but have had no luck to get it to happen again.

3) Cayde "Entry" Room (~2:40 PM on Hunter, 5:38 PM on Warlock, 6:28 PM on Titan) In the room where Cayde appears in the mission, there is debris and some fire on the left from where you enter the room. Behind the fire there is some room behind the wall you can get into. You can get out of this spot by dying to the fire or jumping out, however I don't think getting behind here was intended. The clip included was of this done on the Hunter.

4) Cayde "Entry" Room (~2:45 PM on Hunter, 5:40 PM on Warlock, 6:30 PM on Titan) There is a graphical bug where a random particle effect shows up when you use the jump ability (second jump press). I put Cayde's Entry Room since that is where I first discovered it, but the particle effect will show up in other rooms and only shows in one direction. In the clip it is done on the Hunter, and I rotate in other directions to show its only when you face a certain direction it shows up.

5) Armory (~2:50 PM on Hunter, 5:42 PM on Warlock) For the gunrack that is closest to the door (where you pick up the exotic gun for each class from), you can get somewhat stuck behind it on the Hunter and Warlock but can still get out by jumping over it. Not a stuck spot but can be a little annoying if you get behind there. For the Titan I was simply able to walk behind it and walk out no problem, not sure why it didn't do it for the Hunter or Warlock.

6) Armory (~3:00 PM on Hunter, 5:45 PM on Warlock, 6:32 PM on Titan) In the downstairs part of the armory there is a cabinet in the corner. If you are able to get on top of it, then there is a way you can get stuck between the cabinet and the wall. The game thinks you are falling so you can't jump or dash (except Icarus Dash, still didn't work), and the only way to get out is to quit game or go to change character screen.

7) Tower Hanger (~3:20 PM on Hunter, 6:49 PM on Titan) In the "dark" part of the Hanger (where you fight the first Centurion), down on the lower part and in the corner, there is a desk with a monitor on it. You can jump and fidget a bit and get behind the monitor. This isn't a stuck spot because you can get out after a few jumping attempts. I was having some trouble doing this on the Warlock (hence there is no time for it), but I'm sure it can be done with the Warlock as well.

8) Tower Hanger (~3:30 PM on Hunter, 6:36 PM on Titan) In the "outdoor" part of the Hanger, there is plenty of stuff to climb on to get into the upper part of the Hanger. There is a place in the upper edge where you can get out by a hole or by dying ("Turn Back" death), but I'm sure is not intended to get to hence why I have it on this list. The clip included was done on the Hunter, and used the same method on the Titan, was having trouble pulling it off on the Warlock but I'm sure it can be done. It's a 3 minute clip, I'd recommend skipping to around the 2 minute point.

9) Collapsed Tunnel to Plaza (~3:45 PM on Hunter, 5:50 PM on Warlock, 6:37 PM on Titan) One of the new things I've noticed in Destiny 2 is fire actually hurting Guardians. However, in the collapsed tunnel going from the hanger to the plaza, none of the fires do damage. I'm not sure if this is intentional, but due to inconsistency with other fires I added it to the list.

10) Tower North (~3:55 PM as Hunter) I had an instance where the Ikora trigger didn't go off, so the enemies she kills didn't spawn, she didn't spawn, and any events after didn't occur. So it was impossible to continue the mission unless you went to the character select screen to restart it. This only happened once so I'm not sure what needs to do replicate it. The first clip is me entering the Tower North area (door was already open), running around trying to trigger something, then bringing up Ghost to show the mission parameter was meeting up with Ikora. Second clip is going through the market area showing now enemies spawned, then entering the courtyard area where Amanda Holliday is supposed to pick you up, but no triggers happen.

11) Tower North (~4:00 PM as Hunter, 5:57 PM as Warlock, 6:42 PM as Titan) In the Tower North area where you meet up with Ikora, there is a pillar of debris right in the middle. There is a spot where you can jump up the debris, at the top there are some metal support pieces. If you fall and move a bit in them, then you can get stuck with no way of getting out unless you left enemies alive to kill you. In the clip, I do this as the Hunter, but I used the same spot for all 3 classes.

12) Mission Start Area (~4:05 PM as Hunter) In the mission start area where the second set of Cabal spawn, there is one that performs a kill animation on the lone bot that is shooting them. However, I had an instance where the Cabal was spawned in the wrong place (exact position of the bot actually), then was warped to perform the animation. This happened only once so I'm not sure what needs done to replicate it.

13) Tower Hanger (~4:10 PM on Hunter) This last bug I ran into only happened once, but I think was the most important one I ran into. It is a trigger bug when you enter the Tower Hanger. For some reason, the game missed the trigger to spawn the Cabal in the Hanger. The first Centurion you face didn't spawn the "dark" part of the Hanger, no enemies did. Going through the tunnel to go to the "outdoor" part where you first see the Cabal command ship, the door was already open, and no ships were in the air. Continuing on, no enemies spawned in the "outdoor" part of the Hanger. I continued to the Plaza to meet up with Zavala and started killing Cabal in the Plaza. Did that for several waves until I realized that my mission trigger to meet up with Zavala never triggered. I followed the mission beacon which lead me back to the hanger, but still nothing happened. The first clip shows me entering the Tower Hanger area to where you face the Centurion, you see that no enemies are spawned. The second clip shows me going through the tunnel to go to the "outdoor" part of the Hanger, the door is already open and no ships are in the sky, yet you still see explosion effects in the background. The third clip shows me in the Plaza with Zavala with Ghost out showing my mission parameter to meet up with Zavala along with the mission beacon leading me back to the tunnel.

Sorry for such a long post but figured I'd include all my findings for the Homecoming mission in one place. If others can replicate these bugs and report them, then it will help Bungie make this game better for release. If there are bugs I missed please feel free to let me know so then I can test those as well.

First mission, after the part where we defeat 3 waves of enemies with Zavala nothinhg happens, no new doors opens, no other npc besides the endless enemies and Zaza, then a minute or two after im disconnected, happened on PS4, never could finish the mission during the beta (meaning never played anything beyond the 3 waves thing) and in the PC beta is happening the exact same thing.
