Strict Nat, Unplayable at Times

Playing D2 (trying to, at least) on PC using a TP-Link TLWR841N (self professed as "pure NAT") router. - I've tried UPnP; no dice. - I've tried disabling UPnP and forwarding all of the many ports; snakeyes. - I've even tried removing everything else from my router/modem and connecting nothing but my PC directly to it via ethernet, and still my D20 roll comes up with a big. fat. zero. I managed to struggle through and level my main to power 255, but seeing as end game is pretty much unplayable with disconnection issues as they are (and seeing as I feel like there's really not that much on offer just yet anyway) I guess I'll just mosey on back to Warframe and call it a day. My main complaint would have to be that a major game studio, or studios (not sure how much of this is on Act/Bliz) has managed to build a huge triple-A game with a staff of ~750 and charge out the yinyang (never should have bought that damn season pass) and break it so badly because they're worried about cheaters, while an independent studio of ~150 can make a massive, deep, and rewarding game that I can actually play (and listen up Bunj, cuz this is the important part) FOR FREE. Gotta figure that they're doing at least something wrong, eh? If you manage to figure out that you should at least give the option to route traffic manually, or back way up on the network security, I'll be listening. Until then, I'm gonna go play a game that's there to be, y'know, enjoyed. And yes, I'm pitching Warframe on a Destiny forum, that's how I feel. Tragic, I know.
