Well Rested Buff
Do all your characters get the well rested buff on reset? I have a Hunter and a Titan at level 20 and one character at 1. My Titan is the only one that seems to get the buff, whereas my Hunter does not get the buff.

Each one should get the buff after they reach level 20.
