Alrighty here Bungie, we really need to sit down and chat. Now...my understanding is that these medallions are supposed to give us better loot along with a couple other perks. It could be anything from higher rare items, more legendaries, or best of all, exotics. I recall using these medallions when I first started playing D2 and I swear I would get an exotic every 5 or so public events. However, this was recently not the case. I used the medallion for the entirety of its usage period (4 hours). I did public events, a couple missions/adventures, and strikes. Wanna know how much great “loot” I got? No? Because everyone else already complains about trash loot? Well too bad, I got basically nothing!! Most of my legendaries dropped around 296...wow one whole light level higher than I am used to getting. Jeez. None of them were anything I really wanted. A couple pieces of rare items were 299 but still not necessarily what I was looking for. All I wanted was the get a couple exotics out of this medallion so I could get all of the Hunter exotic armor. But the funny thing is...NO. EXOTICS. DROPPED. NADA. ZILCH. ZERO. RIDICULOUS. It was not until the medallion wore off that I decided to do two more public events, just in the hopes of an exotic. And I’ll be damned...an exotic dropped. What. The. Heck. I cannot believe I had to wait for the medallion to cooldown to get an exotic. That is just preposterous. Of course I rush to the tower to decrypt it and HOORAY! ANOTHER HARD LIGHT. (Mucho sarcasm implied-I’ve had like 4 drop already) What is up with this? I understand you guys may be trying to make exotics less frequent and stop handing them out like candy how you were in the beginning, but repeats are getting old. Time to implement a system that stops this. Give me the gear I am grinding for, not the same thing over and over and over again. Now...get yourself together Bungie. People are not too pleased with you at the moment.
