I've had this issue since clans started. I made a clan (slc punx) when it launched. I tried looking it up on pc & the app but it still does not recognize the clan. Tells me to create one. So I tried (just to see) and the error says I'm already in a clan. It shows up fine ingame on xbone. But not on the app or pc. And why can't I promote a clan member within the game. It tells me I have to threw the website. BUT THE SITE SAYS I'M NOT IN A CLAN! I can't even leave my clan if I wanted to. Please help. This has been an issue for all 7 or 8 of us in my clan that can't get the percs or banner graphics. Just clan xp. So frustrating. I try every update. And everytime it's the same issue. Please help!! Also is there an email or something I can talk to tech support instead of leaving yet another topic in feedback that will get no attention?
