Problem reading Game Content Run Scan and Repair ( Game Crashing on Mission Starts)

**Update** The game now crashes even outside of missions. ANYWHERE ANYTIME. The game played fine yesterday for several hours and several missions. Today it crashes every time I start a mission. I can free roam or do public events no problems for hours. But once I start a mission the game crashes. I have ran the Scan and Repair Several times in Battle.net. I have also Uninstalled both Destiny 2 and Battle.net. I reinstalled them both and still have the issues. Below is my system info. System is not over-clocked. All drivers and Windows is Up To Date. I do notice in Task Manager that after the crash Battle.net seems to push my CPU up to 100% usage. Complete error message reads ( Problem Reading Game Content. Please close Destiny 2, run 'Scan and Repair' in Blizzard Battle.net App then restart Destiny 2 to try again. ) BATTLE TAG Gaim Onn Destination/Activity ANYWHERE ANYTIME Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 16299) (16299.rs3_release.170928-1534) Language: English (Regional Setting: English) System Manufacturer: Micro-Star International Co., Ltd. • This garbage is poorly optamized. Barely runs on consoles and is having issues on PC that they fail to fix. This is a post I made after the "hotfix" Yea seriously now I cap out at 20FPS now. Good job Bungie. This is what I had been posting before this garbage hotfix. Battle.Net Tag: HellsAssailt#1978 PC Configuration: GPU -> 1080 Founders Edition GPU Driver -> 388.13 CPU -> i7 - 4770 RAM -> 16GB OS: Windows 8.1 64bit DxDiag: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0nq-kKQoykUeGQ3SHhFQUlXZG8/view?usp=sharing Nvidia GeForce Experience recommended settings: Anti-Aliasing -> SMAA Character Detail Distance -> High Depth of Field -> High Display Mode -> Full Screen Environment Detail Distance -> High Foliage Detail Distance -> High Foliage Shadow Distance -> Highest Graphics Quality -> Custom Light Shafts -> High Render Resolution -> 100 Resolution -> 3840x2160 Screen Space Ambient Occlusion -> HDAO Shadow Quality -> High Texture Anisotropy -> 16x Texture Quality -> Highest Wind Impulse -> On Nvidia Multi-Frame Sampled Anti-Aliasing -> Off I have noticed I am for what ever reason averaging 48FPS while playing. However I see it peark up to 120FPS but also go as low as 28FPS. This happens while on the Farm or paroling the EDZ. I was also noticing it during the "tutorial" campaign missions. It makes the game hard to play and enjoy when my screen stutters randomly when I can be in these spaces all alone or with other players. The game is installed on an SSD. I feel my average FPS should be higher than it currently is and that I should not be dipping so low where I feel like I'm playing a slide show. I played with my Task Manager open with the performance tab up. CPU never went over 40%, Memory hovered around 36% Disk 1 (the ssd) stayed at around 25% usage. I have tried changing the settings for lower ones and still the same issue.
