Has below radar (spelled rader in the OP) been changed in BF3? I will never know. It brings me great sadness that the answer to this question was lost to time. Nothing else matters. The death of old Bungie.net marks the death of an answer. Let us all take a moment to repent. Repent for the loss of knowledge before us.
