Howdy Guys,
If you're a technicolor router owner like myself, I can confirm using a VPN resolves the issue. I'm using one of the most well known VPNs (won't mention name here) and despite still using my Technicolor router, the VPN has completely resolved all my disconnect errors and I'm now playing D2 without any disconnects or latency issues :)

I'm also using a VPN to play right now but this isn't normal, I shouldn't be jumping from free trial to free trial or pay for a monthly service to play a game I paid for...
