Just hoping to get some help. I had 24 rare engrams I tried to redeem from the Rockstar promotion (so much energy). All came in through the postmaster but after about 8 they stopped showing up in my inventory. I tried small batches and decrypting the few I had but nothing I did made the rest show up. They're just gone and I can't find any way to submit a trouble ticket
