How about you bring back No Land Beyond?
Let the arguments against why No Land Beyond should or shouldn't make it into D2 begin now.
Please refrain from using arguments that are identical to "That weapon sucks" or "No more D1 weapons". If you're going to say that it's overpowered, then explain how.
No Land Beyond wouldn't be any different from most of the other sniper rifles in D2 apart from the fact that it would be a Kinetic weapon and have a significantly slower rate of fire.

I would never stop playing...again.. I'd pay money for a NLB in D2 like 60$
-
A one shot kill sniper in a primary slot in destiny 2 would completely unbalance the game.

To state this as simple as I can there is many people who loves and hates this weapon but there is no reason that this gun shouldn't be put into the game it might even bring some people back because I know I loved this gun in trails and many others did so hunter might get an bigger trails and overall fan base

Edited by RegiBaby: 2/5/2018 8:06:09 AMHonestly I never used it in D1, but I have seen so many videos of people using it (Hush mostly) and I absolutely love it. I personally use snipers like The Long Walk, Alone as a God, Maxim XI, etc and find that yes snipers are great but at the same time underpowered. Agreed snipers ruin players if shot is connected, but they are in heavy weapon slots. If Bungie made it that snipers were secondary, I'd be happy. But this is also why I'd love to see the NLB because of its kinetic damage. Some people may disagree with me, some people may not. That's just my personal opinion and some of my mates personal opinions. I'd love to see the NLB in a D2 update or even snipers transfered or more snipers added for secondary slot.

No land beyond was such a fun gun because A) you could have a shotgun and sniper equiped B) I feel like it helped improve aim C) it was so fun to see trick shots D) It should not be a heavy it needs to be a kinetic because it doesn't do elemental damage it should do less. right? I think it was a fun gun and when YouTubers did no land beyonds only I practically died laughing from there rage and the developers do have a hard time coming up with new weapons I think this would be a great re-addition!

Edited by Divine_Majin93: 10/28/2017 6:27:49 PMYou do realize that in this game with unreasonably high TTK, that a weapon like that would be absolutely game breaking? Assuming they treat it like a power level weapon in a Kinetic or Energy weapon slot like in D1. Using a sniper rifle in this game is amazing for clean up shots on guardians who have already been hurt. Occasionally you get setup for those crispy headshots which are spiffy. Snipers really can hurt in this game, but due to the ammo economy, they are really reigned in and badly nerfed in terms of usability so to speak. They're just not sensible weapons to use right now. They tried putting a power weapon into another slot. Tell me, who seriously uses Fighting Lion if they really wanna win? It's a crappy weapon because it tries to be something it's not and is balanced correctly according to its placement. They can add the weapon to the game all they want. Assuming it's not a power slot, if they don't nerf it to levels expected of a kinetic or energy weapon class, then it's damage output will break the crucible based on high TTK and sniper body shot damage alone. This game balance doesn't support it. Edit: And if it's heavily nerfed, then you'd be that idiot trying to be cool on your team using a severely nerfed gun not really contributing anything. But at least you'll look pretty damn cool.

That moment when some one asks to bring back shitty year one weapons.

So long as it gets slotted with the other snipers into the Power Slot, I’ll have no problem. ‘Course, I expect it to be a DPS-melter if that happens, but it should most definitely not come back as a primary given the current Crucible state. If NLB came back as a primary sniper and it handled really good, thus leading to more people using it in matches, chances are you’d see even more Mida usage to counteract the influx. What else would be the perfect sniper counter than HC-rounds for extra penetr-I mean, flinch. Yeah, flinch....
-
I would be fine with it if it did 100 per headshot. If it was instakill it should be a power weapon.
-
dev kay has it already
-
stop bringing back things it's annoying we already got mida back and its not fun
-
Just no, i don’t want a no land sidearm meta like year 3
