The Grey twins were taken from the very arms of their parents and sent to the Dreadnaught at about a week old. They were also cursed. After suffering in nightmarish hellscape and being mentally and physically tortured by the Hive being sustained by the little light they had for 15 years, Mia helped with the great escape. Aka, they traveled through the void for nine years, until they fell to their deaths. Luckily, they fell to their deaths on Earth. Ironically, enough, they died on what was supposed to be their 24th birthday. Sarah was the unluckier of the two. She fell in the Cosmodrone. She was only dead 10 minutes before Lunar found and revived her. That was October 2nd, 2703. And for the next 18 years she went through a bunch of bullshit that proved her curse. She also became famous for multiple reasons. These exploits included, and are not limited to: Killing a Gatelord, Destroying the Heart of the Black Garden, Defeating Crota with the Sword Slam to shame all other sword slams, being exiled, being Taken by Oryx, being pardoned from exile because she was Taken, recovering from being Taken, forging the Dark-Drinker, Defeating Oryx in his throne world with said sword, being an absolute beast in the crucible, destroying the SIVA Replication Chamber, tanking the explosion when she was caught in said replication chamber, trudging to Felwinter Peak without anyone knowing-- Ghost included-- that she was alive, climbing said mountain with broken ankle, and becoming an Iron Lord. That is the summary without all the drama. She found the Dojo Via Vex Gate on Mercury. Not long after her arrival, a Hunter named Finn McNamara got stranded there. After being involved with a quest that got Mia perma-killed, she grew powerful as hell. Then she and Finn went back to their timeline. They were there when Mark-54 took Cayde's place as Hunter Vanguard. They were also there when Mark got pissed and left the Tower and Jacob Laney took his place. Then the crusade to take back Earth began. Cue Sarah becoming more powerful. However, she managed to reunite with her father, Mason, as before it began. It all started with the Cosmodrone, first the battle at the Devil's Lair. Then, Sarah using telekinesis destroying all the SIVA in the Plaguelands. Then the revival of all the Iron Lords. All of them. Then the decisive victory at the Battle of Paris. It was surprising that her back didn't break after carrying all those guardians. Zavala has always f**king hated her so that lead to bounties being placed on her head. He really wants Sarah dead. So a bunch of bullshit followed that included Finn interrogating Zavala to release her from capture. Then more bullshit, including the Blood Gulch fiasco that ended with the Omega AI being in her head. Then she returned to the Dojo for a short time. Made a promise with a SIVA-fied Fallen Warlock who wanted her dead to agree to help her kill Zavala. Did she want to do this? Haha. No. She was being manipulated by the Omega AI to the point it had full control over her and then she killed Zavala. Well, Omega did it but it was in her body. Omega was finally wiped out by an E-M-P after so Sarah could finally enjoy a long break with Finn. You see, after the Battle of Paris, Finn had proposed to her. Well, now the Hunter and Warlock have officially become a Huntlock couple forever, or at least, for a while. However, a mission to the Pyramidian ended that happiness as the Vex wiped all of hers, Lunar's, and Seraph's memories of Finn. So now, she was back. She was no longer married, her ring is gone.
