look if u think all 400 (if that is even the right number) pc players that got banned are all hackers, cheaters, intentional rule breaks and attempting to harm the community, that is your opinion good for you, keep it to yourself until there is proof and not a quickfire vague statement. there are those of us who really don't know why we are banned, what caused it, if it really isn't half-assed anti cheat detecting discord, msi after burner. etc... , we need to know, we have spent 60USD for what, to be banned without knowing what we did. help us, if u really did investigations into all 400 people prove it, if im wrong i did something worthy of a ban, then ill accept it, even if i did it unknowingly, but we need to know. but this is not okay, you want to know why people leave, you don't communicate. prove us wrong, actually be helpful, actually communicate. swallow your pride and admit you messed up, that is the only way u keep players and how you earn and keep their trust. so start listening and helping and being a real company and really wanting to make a game for players. Cozmo or any other actually bungie staff not you "mentors" answer this post, not with a copy paste article but with a real human answer. *edit* I (as well as many others most likely) have probably spent the majority of today looking for answers, looking for help, to no avail since this problem still exists and this post was made. we have spent time and money into both this game, and into attempting to be able to play it, i don't want to waste time if a simple and truthful answer was given, but vague, unsure, and desperate attempts to make it seem like everything is okay. its not, i don't go from enjoying my game for 6 hours then launching my discord overlay to be insta banned the second it fully turns on. something is broken or bugged and admit it. promise to help those who are innocent.
