Yes I agree. Clearly something is going on. I suggest you look again at the clip. The player actions ask ???? as stated in other replies. Have fun and may RNG be forever in your favor.

At 8:10 he uses an auto rifle midair, not aiming on the enemies, and makes every shot. They RNG bloom makes us so even a god would miss half of their shots. I'm calling a toggle.

Something a LOT of PC FPS players do since initial shots are almost 100% on point. You called wrong.

Bah. The bloom of midair shots are worse than on console: there's no aim assist for semi-close bullets. It doesn't matter how skilled/what tactics this dude is using. Bullets don't go where you shoot them when you're midair, regardless of initial accuracy. For him to have a 100% hit rate multiple times, midair (bloom), with an auto rifle (No AA), is bs.
