What I said in that post is still true today. None of the 3rd party overlays or performance tools like Discord, Xsplit, OBS, RTSS, etc. will cause a player to be banned, you can read more about that [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/46101]here[/url]. If you are trying to attach cheat tools, debuggers, or manipulate games files, those are things that can result in a ban.   • Except they are not know by name. I work in CSR bud. It's a lot different when the ppl are calling you a fagit by name. It gets personal. In CSR you might have one or 2 crazed animals a day but this guy deals with a zoo constantly. Minimum wage? I guess it could depend but not from my experience.

  • Well they did use my name....because I would start the call with, this is Kevin. I was paid minimum wage. I wasn't even a sales man or anything. I was literally calling customers to remind them that they needed to send back their original phone or they would be charged for keeping it and the replacement. It was just a reminder call to try and save you from an extra charge. It didn't matter what I was calling for, I was just cursed at all day everyday for stuff I had nothing to do with. Ya, cosmo is definitely there. He just has 1k people doing it a day instead of 300.

    I remember one time I was talking to a customer service rep for Xbox and he kept thanking me for basically just not being a jackass. I just don't understand why people yell at customer service and public relations people like everything is their fault and they can fix all your problems instantly. I mean seriously, they're human beings too. People treat them like garbage and then wonder why it takes hours to solve their problems. People don't work very efficiently when they're being screamed at by an entitled douchebag.

  • I learned that if I have an actual problem, and not calling just for some info or with a question....when the rep gets on the line...i I mmidiatly ask for a supervisor politely. They ask why. I say because i know you don't have the authority to do anything I need you to do. Not your fault. You were fine, but I need someone who can do something. They usually don't say anything and transfer me

  • Well that depends entirely on the problem and what type of company you're dealing with. I've had plenty of problems that the basic customer service rep was more than capable of solving. Just automatically demanding to talk to a supervisor isn't always the best option. Half the times I try to talk to a supervisor I'll get transferred a dozen times or put on hold for 3 hours.

    the only programs i had on entire computer were battle net destiny 2 and discord i bought a pc just so i could play on pc and i got banned when discord was up and running in the background you are full of shit

    I think it would work as damage control if they provided any information as to how and why. Since they don't and only acknowledge falsely banning "some" players all this statement does is make the Bungie employees who said there were no issues look bad.
