And I don't mean the charge. I mean it literally dosn't work, I have no idea what caues it to stop working either. I've experienced this on both my hunter and warlock so far. The button is re-keybound from beta(did not have any issues in the beta) If I tab out of the game while this is happening I then get the animation(and damage) if I consistently go in and out of the options menue. Only temporary fix is to relaunch the game.
