OP’s post title says Cozmo personally called him a liar. Cozmo’s reply in question stated that the facts presented by OP were incorrect. Pointing out that facts are incorrect and directly calling someone a liar are two very different things. Because OP was not telling the truth about Cozmo, he was lying in his bait title. I hope this was broken down enough for you to follow the logic.

Cozmo wasn't saying people weren't being banned. He said the reason people were being banned wasn't using permitted outside applications.
