Well he is just a community manager, I highly doubt he knows what the code says. Though it does seem like something you should ask the people that do know what it is before commenting. Anywho, we have seen multiple times now that even the community managers are left in the dark about information. It seems like Bungie not only lacks communication to the community but even in it's own company.
