this was originally a thread about PC users getting banned for no reason at launch, just like they did in the beta; i made a post back then to say that people were getting banned unfairly with the new anti-cheat system, i was told i was wrong - - cozmo has returned to re-affirm he stands in the same place as before
this thread is now being used to advocate a bungie response to much bigger problems, with much more support; i feel cozmo only replied to this thread because it was personal to him; old post in question :

[i]The quote of "only 400 banned" is a number used for PERMA BANS. Thousands of other guardians are still getting banned, but temporarily. Maybe for an hour or two at longest. That is still an issue. That is still wrong. Just because "only 400" have been banned forever, does not wash your hands of the thousands being banned temporarily for doing nothing wrong.[/i]

It took a nearly a week after launch of d1 before I could play on 360 due to network issues. Nothing wrong my end, just required the right patch bungie side. This was before the forums devolved into it's current state. I'm happy I waited and enjoyed the game for all 3 years.

This type of feedback cannot be buried. Many players feel cheated - many more even scared of using any most legit apps with destiny 2 this is total bs.

While he did say you were wrong (which you weren’t), he didn’t blatantly defame you or personally target you. There was no ad hominem. For the record I am on your side about them lying, but I wouldn’t expect 100% transparency from PR personnel.

I remember that thread. I'm not a bungie fan, but I don't think he called you a liar, he just told you that you were wrong. Seems you were right though.
