Lag / Stutter only in social areas.
When patrolling or at farm, the game will seem like it's running less than 30fps displaying lots of stutter / lag although fps counter is always at 100-144fps. Anyone experiencing this issue? Game runs at 100-144fps (vsync on) with max settings under any other circumstance except any social areas such as patrolling or farm. My internet speed is 100mb, connected to router via ethernet & I don't have this issue with any other online games I play. Any feedback or help would be great.
CPU: i7 4770k
RAM: 16gb
GPU: GTX 1080 FE
OS: 1703

Same issue, but not just social area's. After a while the game feels very choppy eventhough fps shows 100 +. Restart fixes it temporarily i7 6800k RAM: 16 gb GPU: GTX 1070 OS: 1703
