Account Ban
I don't accept the generic response i was given to this issue, i also don't appreciate being completely blocked from getting any further information or help by a forum moderator.
I did not see anywhere on launch warning about third party programs, i didn't read anything about the beta, so was not aware of any issues regarding third party overlays and programs such as Discord, Razer Synapse, GeForce Experience.
Simply stating that "You don't disclose any information about the ban" is pretty much telling a child off and not telling them what they've done, nobody can learn from it.

1 ReplyI'm just going to comment on every post now because this is completely unacceptable especially on launch day... Where was the warning message on the bnet app (exclusive to PC to start destiny 2) that overlays should not be used and could result in a ban??? Don't expect EVERY person who pre-purchased destiny 2 to actually follow the main website and check reddit and especially the help section (especially if your PC is pretty high end and can literally run anything) to see the message about overlays.

Furthermore, being told what i did wrong AFTER it happened, is quite unprofessional. You're basically telling all PC users to go play the console version of the game by saying we can't use third party programs. That's kind of what it means to be using a PC.
