Most can see the hardcore have been left behind this is some changes that could save that. First the positive as there are some. World tokens are good they give reasons to grind a planet giving you exclusive armour of a world. Balance is fairly solid as well. Fixing the prestigious raid is easy, those weapons currently missing? Add them in but only have them drop on the prestige mode a way to show others you been there and a can do the job. Also would it really of been so hard to have raid ordements? PvP needs a way to select game mode. Like destiny in one of the few and only AAA game I know like this. We could use 6v6 as well nothing wrong with 4v4 but keep in in the competitive play list. Weapons are easy to fix to have monthly weapon rolls, now your better devils is deferent and give everyone time to get said roll. These are easy changes to give the hardcore a reason to log in. What's your idea and honestly if a Bungie person would comment there idea would be sweet not just the standard we hear you. One final piece as a lore lover I would love to see a codex that saves the lore you find so you can read it or listen to the ghost scans any time. It would be one more reason to go out and get everything and search every corner.
