Look at what’s happening to your player base Bungie! Can’t you see that this game is garbage? How could you go backwards from what you made in Destiny 1? This shit is ridiculous! I want to love this franchise I really do but I just can’t take it anymore it’s not giving enough and not worth it. I was so hyped to get back into Destiny and grind for endless amounts of time but by the end of a couple weeks I was practically already maxed. What the -blam!-.
Sorry fellow Guardians I’m signing off, and I feel a lot of others are as well.
Do something Bungie.

The sad fact is that the community made D1 what it was, and the community is leaving. Many of the streamers that made this game big have moved on, and only the ones who have mega personal financial stakes like being part of the Guardiancon team are still talking up the game (but not playing it, check their streams). We WANT to love this game, and we want to have a reason to log in for three hours a day like we did, instead of three hours a week on reset. We want to be able to jump into a match and not lose three players when they see a team on the other side, and either leave ourselves or get bagged by four people for 10 minutes. Bottom line is the fanboys and the casuals might not coexist comfortably in a raid or on forums, but we all need each other for this game to succeed. Of course we're screaming like we're going down on the Titanic, many of us have spent a good deal of our lives in this world for three years. We drive around with Dead Orbit stickers on our cars and dress up like Awoken for Halloween. To lose that for reasons we don't understand... It's human to question the decisions that brought us here. I'm hopeful that DLCs bring some of that magic back, and I can lose myself again, but until then I'm going to be sad my ship sank, and there aren't enough lifeboats.
