It pains me to see such an uproar in this community. Bungie worked 3 years to provide a high quality, in-depth game for us play, but what people do not seem to consider is that 3 years isn't nearly enough time for Bungie to do everything they hope to do, and still consistently give games and new content to their players. Remember when Destiny 2 was supposed to release in September of 2016?

Bungie have tried to smooth out the wrinkles and issues in Destiny 1 in this game, which personally I think they did a fair job of. They provided a visually appealing game with your typical PvE gameplay formula, and you bought it.
You, the consumers, purchased content from Bungie, the producers. And here you are now, rioting like you've been robbed of something. They gave you what they promised -- a sequel to Destiny 1: a campaign, a raid, and a nightfall. This isn't No Man's Sky, where they blatantly left out key pieces of the game.
If you had issues with content in the first game, you would undoubtedly have issues with content in this one.
TL;DR
Bungie already has your money, if you hate them so much, you'll refund Destiny and go buy Call of Duty: World War II instead of crying about them on forums and continuing to play their games.
