I can't be the only one who would like an FOV slider?!
The current FOV is too low imo. A decent number of gun models take up a quarter of the screen.
Being able to set it to 90-95 would be much better.
Of course I understand that this would have performance implications however I already get frame drops in busy public events or at the back of Trostland anyway. It doesn't seem much different when in 3rd person while using a sword for example which provides a much more preferable view.
As time goes on, I would imagine optimisation will improve as well.
Yes I'm primarily a PC gamer but FOV sliders are becoming more common on console so I struggle to see why Bungie can't manage it as well. Maybe add it as an option for the XboxOne X when you have more horsepower to play with?
I'll just add before anyone asks; I bought on XB1 because that it where my IRL friends are playing and I would prefer not to have to join a random clan just to have people to play with. The guys I play on PC with weren't really interested in Destiny.
Oh and being able to disable aim assist (or aspects of it) would be nice too. I prefer to feel like I'm actually aiming and not having my crosshair dragged around if an enemy passes in front of the one I'm currently engaging etc :)
