Second attempt, let's see if this one sends... I just farmed 22 Iron Banner packages, and have not acquired the leg piece for the armor set. I have received doubles of all the other armor pieces for the set, but no legs. This has pushed me from agitated to Royally Pissed Off. This RNG system you have in place to acquire unique appearance items for an event does not work for me. AT ALL. I tried being patient and simply kept farming the 440 tokens required to reach this point but after a certain point of solo queuing for this event just trying to get a pair leg armor and being spat on my the system used to acquire it has pushed me over the edge. The two solutions I see for this issue is. A; change the system so you WILL NOT receive a duplicate of an armor piece you have until after you have received all 5 pieces at least once or B; make the armor pieces independent of the packages so they are purchased with tokens separate from the packages themselves. Either way, they will prevent this issue from occurring again. Having played well over 100 matches of Iron Banner, 70% of which were solo queues, just for a leg set has really ground me down to never want to participate in an Iron Banner match ever again. So your own system has backfired on you with that aspect. What further compounds the issue is the fact this isn't even for an upgrade, its for something almost purely cosmetic that I have to upgrade as all the time I have spent doing Iron Banner matches and I have not received anything over 265 other then one Exotic weapon that I got on package 20. I can't even think of a good justification system for the RNG gear system you have in place for Iron Banner, it's a PVP event, most MMO PVP systems use something other then RNG, such as vendors, for upgrades. And please don't tell me you are taking WoW's current system for PVP gearing as most of the PVPers I know in WoW HATE that system, we much preferred... you guessed it, the vendor system. Now that concludes my strongly worded letter to you concerning this topic. I trust that the same armor will be available next month for Iron Banner so I can acquire my legs then. If this armor isn't going to be the reward for next months Iron Banner, then I will have an even more strongly worded letter for you concerning this. Your Valued Customer, Matt
