Why The -blam!- Are There "LUCK" Based Challenges In Iron Banner?

hoarding rockets and hoping for a dumbass team stupid enough to grab their dicks on the same plate long enough for me to rocket them because shooting one person and turning and shooting another person isn't fast enough, apparently
