Bungie.net profile issues
I'm trying to invite a couple of people to our clan. And their profile is blank. They have confirmed they are linked. And profile looks normal to them. Help!!

1 ReplyThe users may have their account hidden on their profile. This can be changed in the settings > linked accounts section by selecting the Display on Public Profile option.

1 ReplyEdited by Eriena: 10/12/2017 12:53:54 PMHello, it actually sounds like their profiles are set to private. Have them go into their settings and then Accounts and linking to see if the box to display profile as public is checked or not. If not, have them check it, and then save.

1 ReplySituations like this its just easier to set your clan to open membership and have them click the join button since their profile is normal to them and not you. Then set your clan back to invite only when you got everyone.
